Youth Taolu Team Practice

Youth Taolu Team Practice is a practice for the Youth Taolu Competition Team (all levels). Class space is limited to those on the team, but all are welcome to observe. Age range: 7 to 14.

Monday

3:45pm-5:45pm - ADV Youth Taolu Team
5:45pm-6:30pm - Youth Shaolin
6:30pm-8:00pm - Shaolin (Beginners)
8:00pm-9:30pm - Shaolin (INT & ADV)

Tuesday

10:00am-11:30am - Shaolin (all levels)
5:00pm-5:45pm - Youth Shaolin
5:45pm-6:30pm - Qing Da (Light Contact)
6:30pm-8:00pm - Shaolin (INT & ADV)
8:00pm-9:00pm - Strength & Conditioning
9:00pm-10:00pm - Lei Tai (Full Contact)

Wednesday

5:45pm-6:30pm - Youth Shaolin
6:30pm-8:00pm - Shaolin (Beginners)
8:00pm-9:30pm - Shaolin (INT & ADV)

Thursday
