Welcome to the Zhong Yi Kung Fu Association. Here's a little sample of our Taolu (forms) team during a local competition. Founded in 1995 by Shifu Nelson Ferreira, a martial arts practitioner for over 35 years and teaching Chinese martial arts for over 20 years, our school teaches Northern Shaolin Kung Fu (Bei Shaolinquan), Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan), Qigong, Lei Tai (Full Contact Fighting), Classical Chinese Weapons (18 different weapons), Lion Dance, Dragon Dance, Strength and Conditioning, Weapon Sparring (Sword, Broadsword, Staff, Spear and Cane), Dragon Boat Racing and Youth Summer Programs.
