We are proud to announce that the Infinity National Championships this year, in conjunction with the Zhong Yi Kung Fu Association, will host a traditional Chinese martial arts forms (taolu) Championship at this year's event to be held on Saturday, May 13th 2017 at the Kalahari Resorts & Convention Center in beautiful Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin!

There will be over 50 divisions to compete in for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced), ages (youth, teens, adults and seniors) as well as Northern, Southern, Internal and Weapon categories.

Awards will be 1st through 3rd places and we will also have a Grand Champion run off!

- Before April 25th: 1st division is $55.00 and $15.00 for each additional division. 
- After April 25th:1st division is $65.00 and $20.00 for each additional division.

SPECTATORS:

- Children (5-12 years old): Before April 25th $5.00 for one day and $10.00 for two days. After April 25th $10.00 for one day and $15.00 for two days.
- Teens and Adults: Before April 25th $10.00 for one day and $15.00 for two days. After April 25th $15.00 for one day and $20.00 for two days.

NIGHT TIME FINALS:

- Free individual seating

KUNG FU CHAMPIONSHIPS NOTES:

EXPERIENCE level is based on total years studying martial arts.

BEGINNER = 0 to 2 years of study
INTERMIDIATE = 2 to 4 years of study
ADVANCED = 4 or more years of study

AGE divisions are the following:

- 8 and under
- 9 to 11
- 12 to 14
- 15 to 17
- Men and Women = 18 to 35
- Senior = 36 and over

WEAPONS explanation

- Basic 4 Weapons = Single Broadsword, Staff, Single Straight Sword and Spear
- Beginner = BROADSWORD (single) and STAFF 
- Intermidiate = Above weapons plus STRAIGHT SWORD (single) and SPEAR
ADVANCED is divided into: 
- Short Weapon = Broadsword and Straight Sword (both single)
- Long Weapon = Staff and Spear
- Other Weapon = All other weapons including double swords.

INTERNAL divisons include all styles of Taijiquan, Xingyiquan and Baguazhang.

• Advanced: 7.00 to 8.50

• Quality of hands, legs, stances and general movement - 1.00 point
• Degree of difficulty of set - 1.00 point
• Skill exhibited in set - 1.00 point
Strength:
• Smoothness of force displayed - 1.00 point
• Balance exhibited during set - 1.00 point
• Coordination among hands, eyes, body and steps - 1.00 point
Spirit:
• Spirit displayed during set - 1.00 point
• Rhythm of set - 1.00 point
• Features of the set - 1.00 point
Martial Ethics:
• Dress (correct uniform for northern or southern sets) - 0.33 points
