On Monday, December 4th Shifu Nelson Ferreira will become an official disciple of Grandmaster Chan Siew Kee head of the Sar Ling (Lui Pai) Lion Arts organization.

The ceremony will take place at the Yan Palace Restaurant in Singapore.

Shifu Ferreira will be accompanied by ZYKFA Senior Instructor Jeff E., Instructor Kimba T. and Assistant Instructors Andrea F. and Nate G. Shifu's witnesses for this event will be Master Gabriel A. from TSKF (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and Master Mai Du from Wah Lum (Boston, MA) besides many other special guests from the local lion dance community and Sar Ping disciples.

It is a great honor that Shifu Ferreira will be officially recognized as a formal disciple of Grandmaster Chan Siew Kee and the ZYKFA will continue to work hard on preserving and promoting the Sar Ping Lion Arts locally and beyond!
