Looks like they had their first international tournament in San Jose. Looks pretty interesting. Katy's style of yoga stems from a Sikh practitioner. I've heard about how the Sikh's had a martial art, but nothing about what it actually consisted of. Spinning net to deflect arrows? Now, that's pretty cool...
